Our Medical Director, Roger Schechter has reinvented himself three times in his career. He started as a Family Practice doctor, but was quickly enticed by the fast paced world of Emergency Medicine. Eventually, he evolved in to a thought leader in Chronic Wound Care. Most recently, Dr. Schechter took the lead of our Evolve team. Forever Evolving the way he looks at skin and health, his innovative ways are leading to the success of our patients on a daily basis.

JORDAN TERPENING
BSN, RN
Jordan Terpening BSN, RN, is our primary nurse here at Evolve Tattoo Removal. Her experience in the medical field and knowledge of laser tattoo removal makes her an invaluable member to the Evolve team. Jordan graduated from Russell Sage College in Troy, New York, and is licensed by the California Board of Registered Nursing. Jordan also has a Bachelors degree in psychology. In recent years, she has worked as a charge nurse in a psychiatric unit, and also as an RN at a local eating disorder center here in San Diego. Her skills as a laser specialist and affinity for great customer service are two examples of Evolve's commitment to offering the best tattoo removal in San Diego.

Mary Warshaw, BSN, RN, graduated from St.John’s College of Nursing in Illinois and is licensed by the California Board of Registered Nursing. Mary is a holistic nurse, certified case manager, clinical aromatherapist and has been practicing nursing in various fields for the past 23 years. In addition to being one of our top notch laser specialists, Mary also helped establish Evolve's weight loss program. Her customer service skills, kind smile and gentle approach are an amazing asset to Evolve and our patients.
